Middleton United Methodist Church (UMC) graciously announces the retirement of Rev. Donald Watt, Ph.D., and warmly welcomes Rev. Mary Beth Boesch to “the Heart of Middleton” as its new pastor effective July 1st.

Rev. Boesch joins Middleton UMC from Payette, Idaho, where she has served since July 2022. She will continue part-time at Payette UMC while devoting the other half of her time to Middleton UMC. With prior pastoral experience in Arizona and degrees from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, Rev. Boesch is eager to build connections within Middleton’s community. She finds joy in sharing her passion for ministry, as well as indulging in hobbies such as reading, painting, and spending quality time with her husband, James, and their pets.

The congregation wishes Rev. Watt, Ph.D. well in his retirement adventures in Middleton, Idaho and where ever his travels take him.
